Low Cost Spay/Neuter Program (LCSN)

The LCSN program is a year round service offered by RCHS to low income pet owners. It is one of our most important services to the community. The goal is to reduce the number of unwanted pets.

In 2004, RCHS implemented a policy to spay/neuter Pit bulls, Rottweilers, and mixes thereof, free of charge year round no matter what the financial status of the owner.
