Turtle
Looking for a loving, people-focused companion? Sweet Turtle is ready to meet you. Turtle was found as a stray in Point Arena and lovingly raised two kittens, both now adopted. Now it’s her turn. She’s spayed, vaccinated and adores human attention, but the shelter isn’t a good environment for her because she doesn’t get along with other cats. Right now she has to be kept separated in a cage but would blossom in a quiet home where she can finally stretch out, feel safe and be someone’s one and only.
Vanna and Trixie
We are hoping to find a loving home for these two special kitties.
Vanna and Trixie are bonded sisters who have spent their lives as devoted companions to their elderly owner. Unfortunately, she is moving into assisted living and is unable to bring her beloved cats with her.
The girls are approximately 7 years old and were adopted as kittens from Redwood Coast Humane Society. They have received consistent veterinary care through Gualala Veterinary, are spayed, and are up to date on all vaccinations.
Vanna and Trixie have always been together, and we are hoping to place them in a home as a pair. They are incredibly sweet, soft, gentle, and affectionate, with the most beautiful blue eyes and the tiniest little meows. They enjoy playtime and would thrive with a bit more daily interaction. Lifelong indoor cats, they are perfectly litter-box trained and happiest curled up in a warm lap.
If you’d like to meet Vanna and Trixie and learn more about welcoming them into your home, please call or text Sally at 415-250-9886.

Scooby Gang
A litter of four-month-old kittens, we lovingly call the “Scooby Gang”, is now ready to find their forever homes just in time for the holidays. The group includes three males and one female: Fred, a handsome tabby; Scooby, fluffy orange and white; Scrappy, also orange and white with a small mustache and sweet Velma, a long-haired tortie. Born to a stray mama near the Elk Store, the kittens are in various stages of socialization. Velma is very friendly, Scrappy is the shyest and Fred and Scooby fall in between. With patience and gentle care, we expect them all to continue gaining confidence.
Rosemary
Rosemary is a sweet mama that came to us from Point Arena. She’s worked tirelessly caring for her kittens. Now that her little ones are weaned and safe, it’s Rosemary’s turn to be loved and cared for. She’s a young, medium-to-long-haired tortie with the softest coat and an even softer heart. Rosemary adores gentle pets, cozy naps and quiet affection. She’s the kind of cat who makes any house feel like home. If you’re looking for a loving, loyal companion, come meet Rosemary and let her show you just how sweet a rescued mama can be.
Enzo
Meet Enzo, a five-year-old cat who found his way to the Redwood Coast Humane Society with a tale of resilience and survival. After his owner's passing, he is thriving thanks to an outpouring of love by the volunteers at the Redwood Coast Humane Society. He’s ready for a new home where he can be cherished as much as he was by his previous owner who adored him dearly. We are eager to find a new family that will pamper him with affection for the next chapter of his life. He is sociable, gentle, loving, independent and eager to find cozy spots for relaxing and snoozing with his new family.
